My Real Estate Days
Ive always been interested in real estate which is why I always wanted to be a builder but after I dropped out of school in year 11 and started working for a builder and realised that the majority of what you do is digging holes or cleaning up after the other builders I quit and set my eyes on being a real estate agent.
I soon got a job at Byron Bay Property Sales ''this was around March 2010"
The real estate market was really slow, so I ended up doing about 5 Open for Inspections a day just to pass the time witch no one came to, so I got really board which is why I did stuff like the photo above to amuse myself.
About a year later I was getting over real estate, and I wanted to do something new, I was still super keen on real estate investing, I was just over the job.
I was at an OFI "Open For Inspection" one day and as usual no one was coming in so I typed into youtube teen age millionaire and watched this video

about how teens made millions through there business, and I was hooked so I decided to quit my job as a real estate agent and peruse the world of business.
I dont regret working as a real estate agent, I got a chance to work under one of byron bays most successful real estate investors ''Graham Dunn'' and he taught me a lot about investing which will be useful in the future.
